Welcome to SR Prime Cabs. By booking a ride, using our website, or contacting us for services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website are subject to vehicle availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after SR Prime Cabs sends a confirmation message with driver and vehicle details.
• Fare estimates shown on the website's fare calculator are approximate and may vary slightly based on actual route, traffic diversions, or toll changes.

2. Fare & Payment

• Quoted fares include cab rental, driver charges, and fuel unless stated otherwise.
• Toll tax, state permit tax, parking charges, and night charges (11:00 PM – 5:00 AM) are extra and payable as per actual bills.
• For round trips, driver batta (allowance) may apply for multi-day journeys.
• Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm. We do not charge any extra fee for digital payments.

3. Vehicle & Driver

• SR Prime Cabs assigns vehicles (Sedan, Ertiga, Innova Crysta) based on availability and customer preference at the time of booking.
• All drivers are verified with valid commercial licenses and undergo background checks.
• In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange a replacement cab at the earliest, at no extra cost to the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, and contact details at the time of booking.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be chargeable.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Passenger and luggage limits must be respected as per the selected vehicle category.

5. Limitation of Liability

SR Prime Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are also not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
